BTL will invest 50 million dollars in Coahuila

BTL announced the opening of a new manufacturing plant, choosing Derramadero, Coahuila as the location. 

The Chinese company will settle in the Alianza Industrial Park ; It has a capital of 2.5 billion dollars and for the construction of the factory in this state it will invest 50 million dollars, which will generate approximately 550 jobs in its initial stage and 700 for its second phase.

Lalit Verma, adviser to the company, said that they will start with the manufacture of braking and suspension systems for cars , but projects that they will increase their operations as they are positioned in the entity.

Meanwhile, Miguel Ángel Riquelme, governor of the state of Coahuila, said that investments will continue during the first half of the year, highlighting the entity for its infrastructure to house factories that work with the most important assembly companies in the world.

This opening means the company's first investment outside the Asian country , its main clients are car manufacturers, distributed in 60 countries.
