Cartró will invest 30 million dollars to increase its production in Tepotzotlán

The paper production company Cartró reaffirmed its confidence in the State of Mexico by announcing an investment of 30 million dollars to strengthen its production capacities, improve manufacturing processes , as well as security inside its facilities located in Tepotzotlán.

With this investment, the company will generate jobs for families in the region, and will double its capacity to serve more SMEs , which are the engine of the Mexican economy.

In a working meeting with directors of this company, which is the leading paper producer in the country, contributing 17% of national production, the Governor of the State of Mexico, Alfredo de Mazo, commented that Cartró has found in the entity the best conditions to invest, develop and create jobs.

He also recognized the work that this company does in favor of the environment, since, based on a sustainability model, it produces most of its products with recycled paper and the proportion of the remaining paper is one hundred percent recyclable, which avoids the natural resources exploitation.

This company was founded in 1991, it is a company with one of the largest plants in the world and is considered in the 5% of the most efficient on the planet.

In Mexico, Cartró has been a source of employment for families for 31 years, and is a pillar that has strengthened the competitiveness of micro and small companies that manufacture cardboard boxes.

This meeting, which took place in the Guadalupe Victoria Room, in the Government Palace, was also attended by Juan Javier González Padilla, partner, and Alonso Gómez Sanz, partner of Cartró SAPI de CV .
