Construction begins on the T-MEXPARK logistics hub in the State of Mexico

With an investment of 25,000 million pesos , construction began on the T-MEXPARK Logistics Hub in Nextlalpan, State of Mexico.

The industrial complex will have around four million square meters , will be generating about 65,000 jobs and will be key to improving multimodal connectivity: rail, airport and land ; as well as increase the capacity of movement of goods.

T-MEXPARK is a world-class logistics center, which stands out for its location at strategic connectivity points , so its development will mark a new direction of innovation in Mexico's industrial parks. 

In addition, it will be close to the Felipe Ángeles International Airport , which will contribute to triggering commercial development and attracting investment.

In laying the first stone of the project, Alfredo del Mazo Maza, governor of the State of Mexico, declared that this complex will be the largest in the country and in Latin America.

He also emphasized that in recent years, companies in the logistics sector have developed plans in the region, as they are close to the largest consumer markets in Mexico.

T-MEXPARK will have three stages of construction, and at the end of its construction, it will have a handling capacity of 3,000 tons per day . It will have industrial warehouses, large platforms for maneuvers and distribution centers of different sizes . 

On the other hand, each user will have the opportunity to design their facilities according to their needs, logistics services, public and private offices, transfer services are contemplated . In addition, it will have a shopping center, an airport service area, an area specialized in food, refrigerated foods, grains and seeds, public parking lots, hotels, a heliport, among others.

Max El-Mann Arazi, in charge of industrial development, emphasized that the project will have sustainability and technology strategies , as it has a privileged location for being close to AIFA Customs 50 , and with the best railway infrastructure that will facilitate road connectivity in the whole country.
