Construction of the Santa María Business Complex in Celaya begins

Continuing to attract investments is one of the bets that the Government of Guanajuato has , therefore, in the municipality of Celaya it was decided to lay the first stone of the Santa María Business Complex Industrial Park .

This development has an investment of 60 million pesos of private capital, and in its first stage of construction it will generate 200 temporary jobs and  there is a projection of 4,000 jobs generated at 100% of its capacity. 

This industrial complex adds to the 29 parks that are in the state. It will have an area of 10 hectares , where there will be 50 industrial and commercial lots. 

Diego Sinhue Rodríguez Vallejo, Governor of Guanajuato, stated that the laying of the first stone demonstrates the progress towards safe economic reactivation.

“Guanajuato is standing, and to show this industrial park that shows us that Guanajuato and Celayenses are standing. In the state we bring more than 6 thousand 500 million pesos in public works, when there are states that are asking 300 million pesos to close their administration; But this is thanks to the healthy finances that the state has, we have margin for debt, there is a transparent management of its finances, this allows us to continue moving forward, ”he said. 

In addition, with the objective of promoting the municipalities of the region, in Celaya more than 807 million pesos were allocated in 175 works and actions in the field of public works, security infrastructure, connectivity, tourism and education.

The president highlighted that these works that are carried out in this city, such as the 33 million pesos that were exercised in the "Ecoforum" Multiple Use Center and the construction of the perimeter fence of INFOSPE with 45 million .

Likewise, the amount is also destined to the construction and rehabilitation of educational infrastructure with 18 million for the SABES of the community of San Elías and San José de Guanajuato, the rural road of San José Rey with 8 million , improving the image urban and public spaces of José María Morelos and Manuel Doblado streets with 44 million.

27 million pesos will be applied to the paving of Eleuterio Miranda, Vicente Guerrero and Ignacio Zaragoza streets in the community of Rincón de Tamayo; from Querétaro in the Santa Rita Norte neighborhood; de la Tomasa Sánchez in the Golden Zone; Los Pinos in the community of Roque and Paseo Poniente in the community of San Miguel.

In addition, he announced that they have started the projects for the west accesses of the Celaya-Cortazar and Celaya-Salvatierra highway; the updating of the Celanese Bridge and the upcoming inauguration of the first stage of the Ferroférrico.
