In an area of 60 hectares and a 15 million dollar investment, WorldPort Industrial Park is being developed at kilometer 22 of the San Miguel de Allende-Doctor Mora highway, where the developer HABI carries out the construction work .

Francisco de la Rosa Carpizo, president of the developer HABI, announced that once the standard for clean and safe parks was met, they added to their portfolio of real estate services, the construction of industrial parks, this being their first project of this type.

“With this we want to pay for competitiveness and take advantage of Guanajuato's connectivity with the main highways and states with great industrial development such as Querétaro and San Luis Potosí, for this reason we will work hand in hand with the authorities and the industrial sector to attract important investments that trigger the development in the area ”, he commented.

Developer HABI emerged in 1996 as a creator of housing spaces, positioning itself as one of the most important and having housing developments in San Luis Potosí, Aguascalientes and Guanajuato.

Diego Sinhue Rodríguez Vallejo, governor of the state of Guanajuato, considered that the location of this park ensures its success, since Guanajuato is located in the triangle of progress in Mexico, being recognized as the most active space in the country.

The park will have direct access to Highway 57 and connection with Kansas City Southern and will have the development of an electrical network with a capacity of 20 mega volts, of which five are already available, the above in order to have electrical redundancy and respond to Greater demands of the express that are installed in the area. In addition to having a water, fiber optic and natural gas treatment plant.
