Grupo Tetakawi announces the opening of three plants in its industrial park

Grupo Tetakawi continues to promote the economic development of Saltillo based on its business model, which has been implemented in other states such as Sonora and Querétaro.

In general, they have 60 clients , which belong to the automotive, aerospace and communication sectors, so the number of jobs generated reaches 20,000 in the aforementioned entities.

Luis Felipe Seldner, president of Tetakawi, announced the start of operations of the Davico companies , dedicated to the manufacture of exhaust systems ; the North American Interconnect (NAI) plant, which produces communication harnesses and cables ; Furthermore, the Outer Armor company , which specializes in creating covers for transportation and recreation vehicles , will all operate in the Zapalinamé Industrial Park .

He commented that these investments will reach 17 clients in the city and will produce 875 new jobs for the community immediately; however, the figure will increase considerably until mid-2022. The investment amount was for 9 million dollars in total .

"We had a success in the vision of the firm since our arrival in 1997, we were motivated by the culture of the people in striving to get ahead in their work and personal life," he stressed.

Likewise, Miguel Ángel Riquelme Solís, governor of Coahuila, thanked the investors for their trust in investing in the entity, in the same way he promised to continue building infrastructure that allows the arrival of more companies.

He stressed that manpower is one of the advantages offered by the region, which is why he highlighted the campus of the National College of Technical Professional Education that is located in the park, to promote dual training programs that generate new talent.

"Our administration has been characterized by providing all the facilities to those who wish to settle in our land, without a doubt we will support their expansion plans in the future, because I guarantee that they will have significant growth here," he concluded.
