KIVA lays the foundation stone for Nextipark Industrial & Logistics in Jalisco

With an investment of 4,450 million pesos and the generation of 5,000 direct and 10,000 indirect jobs , the formal act of laying the first stone of Nextipark Industrial & Logistics was held .

The new industrial park will be built by KIVA Grupo Inmobiliario and will be located in the Zapopan Norte Corridor  in one of the areas with the highest demand and high added value of the Guadalajara Metropolitan Area (AMG).

The event was led by Juan José Frangie, municipal president of Zapopan; Jaime Flores Solís, CEO of KIVA Grupo Inmobiliario ; Jalisco municipality authorities, partners and company executives.

Jaime Flores Solís, general director of KIVA Grupo Inmobiliario,  reported that the project will be completed in September 2023, so that in the long run it will be paying in attracting investment, generating jobs and helping to improve the logistics of companies.

Nextipark Industrial & Logistics is located one kilometer from the road to Nextipac, and will have a capacity of 43 hectares, with three large lots, 21 lots in the Elite Zone, ten lots in the Plus Zone and 63 lots in the Boutique Zone . It will have hydraulic concrete roads, medium voltage electrical installations, a fire network, a water treatment plant, its own water well and 260 parking spaces for visitors.
