Kurabe invests 35 million dollars to produce seats and steering wheels in Aguascalientes

Kurabe  placed the first stone of its production plant in Aguascalientes, confirming an investment of 35 million dollars and the generation of 1,500 jobs.

This injection of capital will reach the San Francisco IV Industrial Park , a region privileged for its communication and logistics infrastructure, since the Japanese company is dedicated to the creation of heated seats and steering wheels , so they will contribute to the development of the supply chain of the automotive industry, generating highly specialized value of automotive products to supply subsidiaries in North America and the world. 

Masanori Suwabe, director of Kurabe Mexico, explained that this plant will be established in the country and will become one of the main production centers worldwide , together with those that have installed in Japan, Vietnam and China, fulfilling the objective of expanding your market.

In addition, the manager thanked the governor for all the efforts and support they have provided through the Ministry of Economic Development (SEDEC), because they are sure that this plant will contribute to the development of the economy of the state and the country.

Present at this event were the governor of the state of Aguascalientes, Martín Orozco Sandoval; the Secretary of Economic Development, Manuel Alejandro González Martínez; Eduardo Infante Pliego, Undersecretary of Investment and Development; and Hiroaki Abe, director of the North America branch of Hazama Ando Corporation.
