Puebla invests 300 million pesos for the construction of an industrial park

The Government of Puebla announced that it will invest 300 million pesos for the construction of an industrial park in San Martín Texmelucan.

Olivia Salomón Vibaldo, head of the Ministry of Economy of Puebla , confirmed that the work will begin its construction during this 2022 and its objective is to create an infrastructure that allows the arrival of new investments and installation of companies in the entity.

Likewise, the location of this industrial complex has already been defined and the owner has already started with the execution of the procedures and permits necessary to start with the development.

“The issue of the acquisition of a property that is going to be used for the industrial park has already been determined, it is already a defined matter, the government already has a dialogue with the company that owns the property and we are already in all this accumulation of requirements to carry it out. out,” said Miguel Barbosa Huerta, governor of the state.

It was on January 27 of this year, when the government agency announced that this industrial park will be built during 2022 and it is expected that the spaces will allow the installation of local, national and international companies.

NEW BUSINESS PROJECTS

The head of the Ministry of Economy also reported that the development of six new business projects in sectors such as agribusiness, tooling, medical and textile services is expected in Puebla .

It is estimated that business growth in the region would add more than 1,760 new jobs . Likewise, he highlighted that from March 2020 to December 2021, the Mexican Institute of Social Security had 1,101 new company registrations .
