To increase the production of home appliances in Mexico , Samsung will invest 500 million dollars in the two plants  it has in the country.

The previous announcement was made known by Marcelo Ebrard, head of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs , who is on a work tour of the Asian nation, in which he had a meeting in Seoul with Han Jong-Hee, CEO of Samsung Electronics , where it was confirmed that the capital injection will be destined for the manufacturing complexes of Querétaro and Tijuana

On his Twitter account , the foreign minister stated that the South Korean company arrived in Mexico at the end of the 1980s, which is why it has been characterized as a reliable, productive partner that supports the economic development of the country.

So far, the number of jobs represented by the investment has not been disclosed, or in its case, the strategy for increasing the production of household appliances.
