Saverglass expands its operations in Jalisco and invests 130 million dollars

In order to expand its operations in Jalisco, the French company Saverglass invested 130 million dollars.

With this injection of capital, the company will increase its business in the country by 150% , since the resource was allocated to the construction of a second glass furnace that will allow it to increase its decoration and finished product storage capacities, for which will be generating 400 new jobs.

The growth of Saverglass , a company specialized in the manufacture, customization and decoration of high-end glass bottles , is related to the development that has been triggered in the premium spirits markets, mainly in tequila and mezcal companies.

Between 2019 and 2020, more than 625 million pesos were invested , generating 68 new jobs, derived from its growth.

Enrique Alfaro Ramírez, Governor of Jalisco, announced that the French company has had confidence in the state, which is why they have generated great investment, jobs and development in this southern region. 

“We are in the logistics center, and we are accompanying them in the announcement of an investment of 130 million dollars for its expansion, it is truly a pleasure and an enormous honor to see how international companies trust our State, they continue to help us be the engine of growth national economy," he said.
